Meet Kevin
With experience in title, escrow, foreclosures, wills and trusts, 1031 exchanges, cash-flowing rental properties, and building houses, Kevin understands all aspects of the real estate process.
As a problem solver above all else, he often works with homeowners dealing with title and escrow problems. Kevin can also assist with foreclosure and the process of inheriting properties with or without a will or trust.
When he’s not working with local buyers and sellers, you can find him hiking around Mt. Diablo or umpiring local high school baseball games.

Marc handles rental properties, repairs, and short-term rentals. When he’s not helping property owners, you can find him over at Oracle Park cheering on his beloved Giants.
